1. Shipping & Delivery Framework
Kashmir Textiles exports wholesale and custom manufactured goods globally. Depending on the size of the order and the urgency, we offer shipping via Air Freight, Sea Freight, or Express Courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, Ex-Works) will be agreed upon and stated clearly in your final proforma invoice.
- Lead Times: Production lead times vary between 30 to 90 days depending on fabric availability and order complexity. Shipping transit times are in addition to production lead times.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by global shipping carriers, port congestion, customs clearance holds, or force majeure events.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Unless expressly agreed upon under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, the buyer is entirely responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees incurred upon the shipment’s arrival in the destination country. Kashmir Textiles will provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and origin certificates required for clearance.
3. B2B Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of OEM, ODM, and Private Label manufacturing, we do not accept returns on bulk orders for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, unsold inventory, or minor design discrepancies that fall within standard commercial tolerances (+/- 5%). Returns are only accepted under the following strict conditions:
- The goods exhibit major structural or manufacturing defects not present in the pre-production approved sample.
- The received fabric composition fundamentally differs from the agreed-upon technical pack.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We invest significant resources into sourcing raw materials upon order confirmation. Therefore, our refund policies are as follows:
- Advance Deposits: Bulk order advance deposits (typically 50%) are strictly non-refundable once raw materials have been ordered or production has commenced.
- Sampling Fees: Sample development fees are non-refundable. However, these fees may be deducted from your final bulk order invoice if the bulk quantity meets our specified MOQ requirements.
- Order Cancellation: If a buyer cancels an order after production has begun, they forfeit their deposit and may be liable for additional costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
5. Claims Process
If you discover a manufacturing defect upon receiving your shipment, you must notify Kashmir Textiles in writing within 14 days of delivery. Please follow this procedure:
- Email our support team with your Invoice/PO number.
- Provide clear, high-resolution photographs or videos demonstrating the defect alongside the product's care label.
- State the exact quantity of defective items.
Upon verification, Kashmir Textiles will, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit for future orders, or arrange for the defective units to be replaced in a subsequent shipment.
