1. Introduction
Welcome to Kashmir Textiles. By accessing our website or engaging in business with us for OEM, ODM, or Private Label manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Manufacturing & Services
Kashmir Textiles provides B2B garment and textile manufacturing. All production is subject to material availability, approved technical packs, and confirmed sample prototypes.
3. Orders & Specifications
- Sampling: Paid sampling is required before bulk production begins.
- Approval: Bulk production will only commence upon written approval of the final sample.
- Tolerances: A standard commercial tolerance of +/- 5% in color matching and size is acceptable.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% non-refundable advance deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance cleared prior to dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier (FOB terms). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping or customs.
6. Quality Assurance & Returns
Claims regarding defective goods must be made in writing within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on custom-manufactured goods unless there is a structural defect.
